As a family-owned business, it is important to Craigie’s that we continue to provide a top-class service to our shoppers, some of whom rely on us more than ever.
We remain open and have launched an online ordering service for collection to assist those who are social isolating.
We are also operating a local delivery service so that our customers can continue to enjoy home-grown fruit and vegetables, quality butchery products and delicious condiments, dairy products and indulgent treats.
Our farm shop is open every day from 9am – 3pm with social distancing and heightened health and safety measures in place. Our dedicated shopping hour provides a safe space for the elderly and vulnerable, every Tuesday and Thursday between 9am – 10am.
Social distancing and hygiene
As you would expect, we have introduced enhanced social distancing measures to help keep everyone safe and well. The shop has been expanded and spread out into the Potting Shed, giving lots more space for customers to browse.
All visitors must use the handwashing facilities to the left of the main shop door before entering the shop and follow social distancing guidelines, keeping 2 meters from others.
We have heightened all our health and safety procedures and increased the frequency of spot checks and cleaning as a preventative measure. Maintaining our impeccable standards of hygiene at all times is of utmost importance, especially now.
